After the installation of the equipment, first adjust the equipment, turn on the power supply, turn on the power switch of the control panel, stop the switch button urgently, and check whether the parameters of the device display screen are correct.
The size adjustment of the box: mainly based on the size of the carton, the size of the box, the length of the chain, the width and height of the chain, the adjustment of the box chain, the specific point:
Put the carton we are going to adjust on the box base, and then adjust the guidance board of the box base to each side near the box. Keep the box stable and not fall.
The length of the carton box is adjusted: put the sealed carton on the paper conveyor belt, and then adjust the right hand wheel to make the portion of the fully automatic loading machine contact the edges of the carton.
Cross -box width adjustment: First, let go of the two spindle screws outside the main chain. Subsequently, a carton was placed in the middle of the chain and the width of the chain was adjusted to the same width as the width of the box. Then tighten the roller screw of the negative side.
Height adjustment of the carton: first loosen the two fixed screws before and after the upper and after the upper pressure guide rail of the fully automatic installation machine, and then rotate the upper hand wheel to make the upper surface of the upper rail and the upper surface of the carton, and then tighten the fixed screw.
The size of the regulating unloading area: unscrew the fixed bearing screw, put the product into the push chamber, move the baffle left and right until the appropriate size is adjusted, and then tighten the screw. Note: There are several screw holes on the board. When adjusting the device, be sure not to twist the screw.
After the adjustment of each part, you can start the micro -switch on the full -automatic installation machine control panel, and apply a micro -motion operation to manually adjust, such as opening a box, suction box, entering paper, corner and spraying. After the adjustment of each action, the "start" button can be turned on, and the material can be placed at the end to start normal production.
