1. Check the inspection work:

Check whether the surface of the installed machine is clean, check whether the voltage of the box machine is normal, check whether the components such as the screws are loose during the validity period, and check whether the screws and other components are loose. Enter the next step after checking.

2. Preparation of materials and boxes:

The instructions of the box and product (document vouchers) are stacked neatly and placed on the correct fabric rack, and the material is ensured that the material is passed in the correct direction.

3. The switch operation process of the installed machine:

Press the switch button of the loader to adjust to the right installation speed. The installation machine will put the material into the box in an orderly manner and do the closed box and packaging.

When we need to stop the installation machine, press the stop button of the installation machine. After the machine stops completely, disconnects the power, clean the residual box and the materials on the conveyor belt.
