Method of abnormal conditions:
1. During the operation, pay attention to whether the sound of the machine is normal. If there is an abnormal noise, parking the workshop will be maintained immediately.
2. The carton is not opened during running, and the machine stops automatically. After exclusion, the machine needs to be restarted.
3. When the box lacks the instructions, the corresponding carton is removed at the exit of the installation machine. There are three continuous lack of instructions, and the machine is stopped automatically. After exclusion, the machine needs to be restarted.
4. When the medicine is lacking into the box, the corresponding carton is removed at the exit of the installation machine.
5. Mechanical overload, automatic shutdown of the box, after manually rotating the machine, click on, remove the unknown carton, and re -start the machine. The corresponding positions of the corresponding carton at the outlet exit were removed. If there are other unknown failures, the power should be cut off immediately. If there is no problem after confirmation, it can be restored to the production.
