Product Information
This high speed pharmaceutical box cartoner is suitable for cartoning of bottled products. It is equipped with an automatic feeding structure and the number of blisters can be arbitrarily set on the touch screen, which is easy to adjust. The machine has the functions of online product feeding detection, single-sheet folding (1-4 fold) feeding, single-sheet detection, can opening and forming, product and single-sheet pushing into the carton, printing batch numbers, and sealing with hemming or hot-melt adhesive device. The machine can also automatically reject missing leaflets or products and finished products.

The high speed pharmaceutical box cartoner is controlled by PLC, which can monitor the actions of various parts by photoelectricity. If there is an abnormality in operation, it can automatically stop and display the reason for timely troubleshooting. The main drive motor and clutch brake are installed inside the frame, and each part of the transmission system is equipped with torsion and load protectors on the machine board, which can realize the separation of the main drive motor from each transmission part under the condition of overload to ensure the safety of the whole machine.
